I met Kathy through one of her commercial
investment ads in Sarasota. My wife and I feel
it is important to invest in income-producing
property (especially NNN), and through the experiences
of my father who holds investments and has advised
me, I knew it was time. I had a certain amount
to invest and wanted to be very careful to do
the right thing. Kathy discussed and reviewed
my situation, and proceeded to present me with
options (including some fractional interest options).
She found a triple net restaurant
property that seemed just right in Gainesville,
near the University of Florida campus. The price
was right, the cap rate and return was above market,
and the location was super. The property was held
by a Trust in another part of the state, so it
was not easy going through the negotiating process
and the contract was longer than usual. Kathy
worked with the other broker to bring us all together
and get the terms we wanted. She provided my lender
with everything needed, and also helped me get
quotes from other lenders. She helped make the
whole process as stress-free as possible - there
are always times of stress or doubt when you go
through the process of buying. She was always
available, always upbeat, and very helpful and
knowledgeable.

Kathy Heshelow, President of

sold commercial land adjacent to a parcel I own
in Sarasota (I reside in California). She had
several buyers interested in my land who wanted
